Manager’s primary focus is to growth the practice via the identification and development of new clients and the enlargement of the scope or awarding of new projects on existing clients. The resource will be proactive, work independently and perform the needed activities to allow and ensure client satisfaction, team support and awarding of new projects, for example

• Scouting of new prospects;
• Execution of demos and PoCs to demonstrate the company capabilities during the pre-sales activities;
• Identification of client needs during the technical discussions;
• Creation of contracts and documentation;
• Management of the project and client account P&L;
• Support the team on any required escalation;
• Engagement and hiring of new resources when required
• Support the team with the execution of the technical tasks and activities (when needed);
• Supervise the Consultant’s activities to guarantee quality in the project deliverables;
• Help and support the technical and personal team growth and development;
• Communicate clearly and effectively with the client and the team to deliver the expected results

Consultant’s primary focus is the management of the project, team and client’s satisfaction towards the agreed project scope. The resource will be required to be proactive, work independently, under the supervision of the manager, and perform multiple activities to allow the successful project delivery and facilitate new sales.

Example of tasks include:
• Manage the successful execution of the project and report project status to client and management;
• Ensure the deployment of the entire agreed project scope;
• Raise proactively possible issues and risks towards client and management;
• Escalate critical items requiring support from management;
• Support the team with the execution of the technical tasks and activities;
• Manage and control the team, assigning tasks and activities;
• Help and support the technical and personal team growth and development;
• Identify client needs when new requests are raised;
• Work with the team to create the deliverables (documents, presentations, etc.);
• Communicate clearly and effectively with the client and the team to deliver the expected results

Associate’s primary focus is the area of support, operation and code development. The resource will be required to be proactive, work independently, under the supervision of the consultant and manager, and perform a variety of complex information technology and team duties to ensure smooth delivery of technology services, for example:

• Monitor and operate the application software/platform;
• Coordinate, assists and train others in the support and operation for the platform/application;
• Develop code in multiple languages (SQL, Java, Python, HTML, etc.) to create required functionalities and capabilities for the platform / application;
• Perform test and debug activities on developed code before productiondeployment;
• Work with the team to create the deliverables (documents, presentations, etc.);
• Communicate clearly and effectively with the client and the team to deliver the expected results;
• Work together with the consultant to identify client needs when new requests are raised.
